All users can access the basic features of the Service at no cost whatsoever. These account-related features cannot be modified, and refunds will not be applicable to them.
2. Paid Features
There is also a Pro version with additional features and benefits offered by Astro Friends Book. Moreover, there is an option of selecting one of many possible ways to pay, such as a one-time payment, monthly payment, or annual subscription.

If you meet the following criteria, you will be eligible to get a refund from us.
You have purchased a premium subscription to Astro Friends Book.

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions.

Unauthorized Purchase: If you believe your premium subscription was purchased without your knowledge or consent.

6. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, we shall refund through the original payment method you utilized during purchase time. Please note that the refund could take several working days before showing up on your account. And it may depend on the processing time of your payment provider.
7. Exceptions to Refunds
Please understand that our Refund Policy has some exceptions. There are no refunds under the circumstances listed below.
If you ask for a refund after the period specified for this purpose is over.
If there was extensive use of premium features in Astro Friends Book during the period, we meant for it.
If you are found to be in breach of the Terms of Use governing our Service or have been involved in any fraudulent activities.
